These terms describe the intended conditions for evaluating Dayroom’s website, browser and desktop service. Dayroom is operated by Oluwafikayomi Adeleke in Lagos, Nigeria. Contact fikkyfresh81@gmail.com about service terms or a data request.

Evaluate with non-sensitive test conversations. Do not upload counselling conversations, client case files, health records or other confidential material without an appropriate confidentiality and data-protection agreement. These evaluation terms do not establish suitability for regulated or sensitive work.

Your account and workspace

Use an account you are authorized to control, protect your sign-in details and only invite people who should have access to the workspace. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for that use. Workspace owners manage membership and workspace settings; members remain responsible for what they share.

Your content and imports

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Dayroom to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, subject to the access and processing limits described in the privacy notice. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Dayroom.

Only upload or import material you have permission and an appropriate basis to share. An export may include other people’s messages, phone numbers and attachments. Having the export does not by itself authorize sharing it with a new group. Check access before inviting people; they may see the whole imported history.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dayroom for unlawful content or activity, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights or confidentiality obligations.

AI, calls and connected apps

AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Check summaries, answers and proposed actions before relying on them. Dayroom is not a clinical record system, counselling service or emergency service. Do not use AI output as a substitute for professional judgment.

AI features can process conversation content automatically, including task extraction and call notes; processing is not limited to a direct companion question. Read the privacy notice before using these features or connecting an app.

Call notes are on by workspace default when transcription is available. Participants can choose “Don’t transcribe me”; the owner can disable workspace notes. Teams remain responsible for appropriate notice and any permissions their use requires.

Provider connections depend on the access you grant and the provider’s availability and terms. Review external actions before approving them. Disconnecting an app stops use of the saved connection; it does not undo completed actions or erase earlier imports and answers.

Availability and changes

Dayroom is under active development. Features and integrations can change, fail or become unavailable. Keep your own authorized originals during evaluation and do not depend on Dayroom as the only copy of important records. No service-level or recovery-time commitment is established by this page.

Website people and conversations are illustrations. Download information describes the particular published build, including platform support and notarization status.

Stopping use and deleting content

You can stop using the service and disconnect providers. Workspace owners control room deletion, with a 30-day recovery window followed by maintenance cleanup. Archiving and leaving a workspace are not deletion. Other people’s downloaded copies and service backups are separate. See the retention and request details before importing content.

Availability and paid features

Text chat and paid features follow the limits shown in Dayroom. Prices, included usage and payment periods must be shown before you pay; these terms do not promise unlimited AI usage. A provider connection does not include that provider’s paid subscription. Features can be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or review restrictions. Statutory consumer rights and any specific purchase agreement continue to apply.

Governing law and concerns

These evaluation terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable laws of Lagos State. Contact the operator first to raise a concern. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, prevents a complaint to a regulator, or restricts access to a competent court.

Evaluation limits and changes

These evaluation terms do not supply a negotiated data-processing agreement, verified international-transfer safeguards, a complete account-erasure guarantee or custom liability terms. Obtain the applicable reviewed agreement before paid, confidential or regulated organizational use. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Material changes should be reviewed before continuing an evaluation. The date above identifies this version; publishing a page alone is not evidence that a person has accepted new terms.
